The shawl has a matching purse which she also loves...she carries it with lots of attitude, right in the bend of her arm, haha!

Ellie loved the kitchen Santa brought her! She had fun playing with it and her other toys...it was wonderful to watch her!
Christmas Eve morning Ellie is walking around in my slippers. She loves shoes and tries on every pair she sees. Her favorite thing to do is play in my closet and drag every pair of shoes I have into the floor and play with them...her second favorite thing is purses...you don't think she takes after mommy or anything do you? :)
Below, she munches on a Christmas cookie at her school party (she is in Mother's Day out one day a week.)
These are some pictures I took in front of our Christmas tree...she loves the nutcrakers and thinks it is funny to move their mouths up and down.

We took Ellie to the Gaylord Texan to see the Christmas lights and the ice sculptures...she found the antlers in a store and just had to wear them...what a ham!
Ellie spends Thanksgiving day eating turkey and loving on her new stuffed Barney that aunt Toy and uncle Taylor brought her. She can't quite give up Mr. Bear though so has to give them equal hugging time!

Sadie and Spencer anxiously wait to sample the turkey they have been smelling all day!

Our wonderful friends Gaylene and Marc from New Zealand sent Ellie some special sheepskin booties and an adorable stuffed kiwi bird...Ellie thought it might double as phone!

We took Ellie to the zoo in early November. She loved looking at the animals but riding the carousel was her favorite. We both had a big time. Once she realized she could let go and I had a good hold on her she lifted her hands in the air and squealed. I just love the picture Jim got of her playing peek-a-boo with us.

Here is our little lady bug! She loved dressing up...and knew it was for something special. She enjoyed being out with all the other kiddos, even though she wasn't sure what was going on. She liked taking the candy and placing it carefully in her pumpkin bag. She also loved riding in her pink buggy as we went from house to house. We had so much fun!
